2022 Race No. 5 – Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals – Sage Net Expo Center, Tulsa, Okla.
The 36th Annual Chili Bowl Nationals never disappoints, and again the Expo Center in Tulsa gave us a good one. Tanner Thorson has been among the fastest cars over the last few years, he was able to put it all together and get his first Chili Bowl win. He passed three-time winner Christopher Bell on lap 37 and had to hold Bell of over the final laps to get the victory. Bell settled for second with Rico Abreu rounded out the top three.
