RACE RECAP: 2022 Race No. 158 – November 27, 2022 Thanksgiving Classis – Late Model Stock Cars – Southern National Motorsports Park

Kenley, N.C. – Josh Berry won the $50,000 top prize in Sunday’s 250-lap Thanksgiving Classic Late Model Stock race at Southern National Motorsports Park. It was his second consecutive win at the race.

Connor Hall led the field to green in the race that had a unique format, allowing teams to determine when to take their allotment of four tires. This meant a lot of drivers saving, some racing, and a lot of different cars at the front of the field.

In the end, it cycled out with Berry and Jared Fryer at the front of the field. Berry got the upper hand and rolled the the victory. Fryer as second with Kaden Honeycutt completing the top three.

Robert Arch was the winner in the companion 75-lap Limited Late Model feature.
